North Command Gaming Inc. warrants that the SYKLOS Pro Gaming Mouse and its included accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period, which will be published on this page before sales open. In the European Union, the 2-year legal guarantee described below always applies. What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship, including the switches, sensor, wireless connection, receiver, battery and charging. What is not covered. Damage from accidents, drops, liquid, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, use with non-genuine firmware, and normal wear and tear such as worn mouse feet (skates) or coating. What we will do. We will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible. Replacement products may be new or equivalent to new. How to claim. Email support@northcommand.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or video. We will send instructions and the address for returning the product: 2155 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4K7, Canada. The customer pays shipping to us and we pay to return the repaired or replacement product. Region-specific terms (these override the above where they apply)• European Union: you have a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. During that time we repair or replace a faulty product free of charge, including all shipping costs, or give a price reduction or refund if that is not possible. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.• United Kingdom: this warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Remedies for faulty goods are free of charge, including shipping.• Quebec: in addition to this warranty, you benefit from the legal warranty under the Consumer Protection Act, which requires goods to be fit for their purpose and durable for a reasonable time.• Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.• United States: this Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so limits in this warranty may not apply to you.
